2017 Christmas In Our Hearts Concert

On Thursday, December 7th, 2017, Community 360° hosted its 22nd Annual Christmas In Our Hearts Concert at the Kroc Center in Omaha.

Four hundred residents and care staff from 30 long-term care communities joined us for this free, professional concert featuring live music and holiday fun.  Volunteers from the community helped escort the residents to the auditorium, and had fun making a difference for some very special older adults.

Christmas in Our Hearts 2017 was made possible thanks to the generosity of:

  • Vetter Senior Living
  • Marietta & Ted Sewell
  • Ed’s Rexall Drug
  • Good Samaritan Society
